Cancellation and refund rules for programs (for example, deadlines for full or partial refunds, or transfer to a future batch) will be specified here as per the Academy's business practice.

Physical products

Damaged or incorrect items should be reported within the period specified here with photos, for replacement or refund.

Failed or duplicate payments

If an amount is debited but the order is not confirmed, it is reconciled with Razorpay and refunded to the original payment method.

Refund timelines

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method; bank credit timelines depend on the payment provider.
